DVDs are manufactured from an original master in mass quantities using a method called replication.  At BISON DISC, we offer the highest quality professional DVD manufacturing available. 

The DVD Manufacturing Process:

First, BISON DISC evaluates your original content master for media and format integrity.  Then a glass master and a “stamper” are created and tested for quality to ensure bit-to-bit match conformation with your master.

Next, the DVDs are produced via an injection molding process to create each new DVD disc.  BISON DISC uses only the best raw materials on the best equipment by the best technicians. We insist on numerous stringent inspections, including an I.D. check to be certain that the correct content has the correct print. Then the print is Quality Control checked by scanner for any print imperfections. Every step is monitored and inspected, including: logging your job into production, glass mastering, disc molding, printing (offset silk-screen), packaging and shipping.
