Managing the security of your CD replication or DVD replication project is important and BISON DISC takes this seriously. All client masters and stampers are locked in a vault area that is accessible to a very limited number of personnel.
In addition, all production areas are monitored 24 hours a day by video cameras. Loading docks are inside and secured with doors that open only to permit access by delivery and pick-up vehicles. Round-the-clock security personnel oversee the delivery/loading area.

Your original content master is evaluated for media integrity and format prior to in-house glass mastering. The stamper created from the glass master is QC tested along with your master for bit-to-bit match conformance.
Your discs are produced with the best raw materials on the best equipment by the best technicians. We get your discs right with numerous stringent inspections, including an I.D. check to be certain that the correct content has the correct print. Then the print is QC checked by scanner for any print imperfections. Every step is monitored and inspected, including: logging your job into production, glass mastering, disc molding, printing (offset silk-screen), packaging and shipping.
