I had used Bison before but only for the printed CDs. I dealt with Sandi and John. The booklet, tray, and Jewel Case I was getting prior with a local company I had an established business relationship with. This time I got better pricing overall for the complete package. I decided to make an order with everything being made at Bison and Sandi went above and beyond with her customer service to earn my business. I spoke with John as well when I had some audio updates after sending the WAV files. All went great. I got my CDs and they not only did a fantastic, they got it to me in great time. And their customer service meant everything. Now I will continue getting all of my CD manufacturing from Bison to represss some more back catalog reissues , and new releases.

I have worked with other duplicators in the past and I must report that Bison Disc was the most responsive and helpful of all.
