Custom DVD Cases Built for Every Project
Custom DVD cases work for far more than movie releases. They give any video project a finished look that audiences recognize and take seriously.
- Independent film releases
- Music videos and concert recordings
- Training and instructional videos
- Corporate presentations
- Wedding and event videography
- Church and ministry recordings
- School and university media

Full-Color DVD Cover Printing
A good DVD cover makes your project look finished before the viewer presses play. We print a full-color paper wrap that fits around the outside of the case and carries your artwork across the front, spine, and back.
Use the cover for a strong title image, stills from your video, product details, cast or speaker information, logos, QR codes, and website details. Include the title and volume number on the spine so it can be seen once the case is shelved.
DVD Inserts for Extra Information
DVD inserts give you room for the details that don't fit on the outside cover. Add a folded insert for instructions, a chapter guide, speaker notes, product information, promotional offers, event details, or a thank-you message.
Choose a 2-panel, 4-panel, or 6-panel insert, or step up to an 8-page or 16-page booklet. The larger sizes make DVD cases a strong choice for training courses, multi-part programs, collector editions, and any project that needs real printed content alongside the video.
Standard and Slim DVD Case Options
Choose a standard DVD case for a classic retail look with room for a full tray card, or a slim case when you want something more compact for mailing and storage. Both hold your printed cover and inserts securely and keep the disc protected from scratches and dust.
Slim cases have a narrower spine but still hold multiple discs, so they're a practical way to keep a set compact. Pair one with a full-color paperboard slipcase to bind a multi-part release into a single unit.
Multi-Disc DVD Cases and Packaging
Many projects need more than one disc. We offer multi-disc DVD cases that hold up to eight discs in a single package, which suits box sets, training series, season collections, and bonus feature releases.
Your inserts and cover art stay consistent across the whole set, giving a multi-part release a single, unified look.
Printed DVD Discs and Custom DVD Cases
A DVD package should look consistent from the outside cover to the disc inside. We print your artwork directly onto the disc surface in full color, which gives a cleaner result than a separate adhesive label.
Order duplicated discs with your video or data already loaded, or printed blank DVDs to record later. Full-color discs and matching covers and inserts make the whole package look like one designed piece rather than parts collected together.
Professional DVD Cover Artwork Help
Your artwork needs to fit the cover, spine, and back panel exactly. We provide free design templates for every case size, and we check your files before production for the problems that come up most often: missing bleed, unreadable spine text, low-resolution images, and panels placed out of order.
If you'd rather not build the artwork yourself, our design team can create your covers, inserts, and disc artwork from scratch. Either way, you'll see a proof before printing, so you can review the layout and approve it before production starts.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is included in a custom DVD case order?
Each order includes the plastic case, a full-color wrap covering the front, spine, and back, and full-color printing on the disc face. Your discs are duplicated with your content or printed blank, then assembled into the finished case before shipping. Inserts, booklets, shrink wrap, and barcodes can be added.
What is the minimum order quantity for DVD cases?
The minimum is 25, and orders run up to 5,000. The low minimum works well for small projects, test runs, and short-run releases.
Can I choose between standard and slim DVD cases?
Yes. Standard DVD cases have room for a full tray card and a wider spine for larger text, while slim DVD cases are more compact and better suited to mailing and storage.
What case colors are available?
Black, white, and clear. All three come with a full-color printed wrap covering the front, spine, and back.
Can I add custom DVD covers to my order?
Yes. Full-color DVD covers printing is available for the front, spine, and back of the case. The printed wrap is what gives the package its retail appearance.
What size inserts can I add?
Choose a 2-panel, 4-panel, or 6-panel insert, or an 8-page or 16-page booklet. Inserts clip into the left side of the case, opposite the disc tray.
How many discs fit in one case?
A standard case holds one disc, and multi-disc cases hold up to eight in a single package. Slim cases have a narrower spine but can still hold multiple discs.
Do you provide artwork help?
Yes. We provide free downloadable design templates and offer artwork assistance for customers who need help preparing their files. Professional graphic design services are available for customers who need a complete DVD cover or insert design.
How quickly can custom DVD cases be produced?
Economy production ships in approximately 10 to 12 business days after approvals. Faster 8-day, 5-day, 3-day, 1-day, and same-day production options may be available depending on order size and approval timing.

There are a lot of companies that perform duplication services but only one, Bison, is a cut above the rest. The friendly and helpful staff are top notch, Anissa and Will were extremely helpful, very patient, and informative with all of my questions. The process was a breeze and the templates for the artwork were easy to navigate. I received my order ahead of schedule and was very impressed with the quality of the product. If you are wanting to release a CD I highly recommend Bison. The Joe Rogers Tabernacle Experience Carolina Starr
