DVD Duplication Services
We offer all the products and services necessary to produce top quality, pre-burned, pre-packaged DVDs. We can help you all the way from concept to distribution with services like professional design assistance, audio mastering, and barcode generation. We work with both small and large companies. Our minimum order quantity is only 25 discs. Our custom printed DVDs are full-color, scratch and water-resistant.

DVDs in Traditional Packaging
We offer a variety of common DVD packaging options. Choose from Clear Plastic Clam Shells, Slim Jewel Cases, White Window Envelopes, and Clear Vinyl Sleeves.
DVDs in Cases
Get your discs pre-packaged into slim, white, black and clear DVD cases of varying sizes and configurations. We offer 1-6 disc cases with and without inserts.

Our DVD Wallets use 15-point paperboard for a light, durable product. They can have a glossy or matte finish and come in a variety of panel / insert combinations.
DVDs in Mailers
These mailers are specifically designed to fit USPS requirements so you can save money on postage. They are full color durable paperboard with slots for your discs. If you're looking to mail your DVDs this is a great solution.

DVD Duplication vs. DVD Replication
Duplication burns data from one disc to another, resulting in DVD copies. The DVD Replication is more intricate: the glass master disc is transferred to a mold, where plastic pellets are melted and your data is embedded into the disc, resulting in exact replicas.
Duplication is generally faster and more affordable. We recommend DVD replication only if ordering quantities over 1000.

Direct, Full-Color DVD Printing
We print your custom artwork, brand, logo, business name, etc. directly onto our DVDs. We can also print vinyl style discs that have a vintage look and feel. You can either submit completed artwork or reach out to our design team for assistance.

Available Upgrades & Features
Barcodes
Get unique bar codes added to your discs and packaging for a flat fee of $22.00. Bar codes give your packaging a professional look, and help distributors track sales.
Gracenote Registration
For a flat fee of $18.00, we'll register your CD audio with Gracenote. This ensures that song titles and artist info is correct in iTunes and other internet-connected media players.
CD Text Display
We can add track titles for music CDs so the title and artist appear when the CD is played in a car or home stereo. Track details, audio data, and video data is collected after checkout.
Posters
We offer a discount on posters when they are purchased with discs. Get 100 12" x 18" posters for only $57.00. Add to any of our disc / packaging combos.
ISRC Codes
International Standard Recording Codes (ISRC Codes) are embedded into each song or chapter on the disc. However, you must secure 1-code-per-track at https://www.usisrc.org beforehand. Provide these codes with the rest of your data after purchase, and Bison will encode them for a flat fee of $85.00.
Full Radio Tune Up
We can help you get that big studio sound for your album or audio book. Through careful adjustments we can enrich the audio quality, remove background noises and scratching, and improve the transition between tracks. Prices vary from $115-195 depending on the length of the album. If you want this service, please let us know in the notes section of your order.
DVD CSS Encryption
For a flat fee of $145.00, we can add the "Content Scramble System" to any DVD order over 300 discs. This service prevents computer users from duplicating your content.
Graphics Design Services
We have designers on staff that can create custom artwork for all of our disc and packaging products. Rates vary depending on if you need full graphic design, or just assistance getting your design into the right size and format.
Volume Equalization
For a flat fee of $24.00, we will check and then equalize the volume of every track on the disc to the industry-standard. This way, playback volume remains consistent for the listener.
Mailing and Fulfillment
In addition to manufacturing, we also handle worldwide distribution and drop-shipping. Additionally, we offer various types of USPS compatible packaging options for direct mail campaigns.
Black Ink On Silver Discs
We can print onto silver discs using only black ink for a sophisticated and elegant look.
DVD Authoring
DVD Authoring is the final step in video post-production. This upgrade adds chapters and a user facing menu to your DVD, and it is necessary to ensure your final product is easy to use, professional looking, and ready to go to market.
