DVD Duplication Services
We offer all the products and services necessary to produce top quality, pre-burned, pre-packaged DVDs. Our minimum order quantity is only 25 discs. Our custom printed DVDs are full-color, scratch and water-resistant.

Bulk DVDs Only
Get full-color printed DVDs blank or with your data burned onto them. We can send the discs by themselves, or pre-inserted into a variety of packaging options.
DVDs in Traditional Packaging

DVDs in Cases

Our DVD Wallets use 15-point paperboard for a light, durable product. They can have a glossy or matte finish and come in a variety of panel / insert combinations.

DVD Duplication vs. DVD Replication
Duplication burns data from one disc to another, resulting in DVD copies. The DVD Replication is more intricate: the glass master disc is transferred to a mold, where plastic pellets are melted and your data is embedded into the disc, resulting in exact replicas.
Duplication is generally faster and more affordable. We recommend DVD replication only if ordering quantities over 1000.

Direct, Full-Color DVD Printing
We print your custom artwork, brand, logo, business name, etc. directly onto our DVDs. We can also print vinyl style discs that have a vintage look and feel. You can either submit completed artwork or reach out to our design team for assistance.

Black Ink On Silver Discs
We can print onto silver discs using only black ink for a sophisticated and elegant look.
Barcodes
Get unique bar codes added to your disc and packaging for a flat fee of $22.00. A Bar code gives your packaging a professional look, and help distributors track sales. Bar codes are essential for digital distribution.
CD Text Display
We can add track titles for music and other Audio CDs so the title and artist appear when the CD is played in a car or home stereo. Track details and audio data are collected after checkout.
Gracenote Registration
When your CD is put into a device you will want it to display all the correct information from the disc.
Gracenote is an internet database used to look up audio CD information and display it correctly in internet connected devices such as computers, smart TVs and modern vehicles.
For a flat fee of $28.00 we'll register your CD audio with Gracenote. This ensures that song titles and artist info is correct in iTunes and other internet-connected media players.
CD Text is not the same as Gracenote, CD Text is the information embedded into the discs and only displays in analog devices CD Players, Stereos and older vehicles etc.
Graphics Design Services
We have designers on staff that can create custom artwork for all of our disc and packaging products. Rates vary depending on if you need full graphic design, or just assistance getting your design into the right size and format.

Volume Equalization
For a flat fee of $48.00 we will check and then equalize the volume of every track on the disc to the industry standard. This way, playback volume remains consistent for the listener.
ISRC Codes
International Standard Recording Codes (ISRC Codes) is an international identification system for sound and music video recording. It’s used to recognize the copywrite owner of the music when played on various domains. Each ISRCode is a unique permanent number embedded into each recording and stored in a database. They are embedded into each song or chapter on the disc. This ensures that the artist receives accurate royalty payments. An ISRCode must be secured for each individual track You can obtain ISRCode’s at https://www.usisrc.org . You can provide these codes with the rest of your data after purchase, or Bison Disc will provide them, and Bison Disc then encodes them on your CD for a flat fee of $110.00.
NOTE if you are providing your own DDP Folder you can embed your own codes in your DDP creator.
Post-Production Tune Up
Let our professional engineers ensure your music sounds amazing regardless of where it’s played. Your songs will flow smoothly, we modify sound levels and get rid of unwanted noises and remove background noises and scratching. Enriching the overall audio quality. Our engineers will add the ideal fade outs and spacing (or custom spacing). You just can’t go wrong with our full album mastering service. DVD CSS Encryption
For a flat fee of $145.00, we can add the "Content Scramble System" to any DVD order over 300 discs. This service prevents computer users from duplicating your content.
Posters
We offer a discount on posters when they are purchased with discs. Get 100 12" x 18" posters for only $57.00. Add to any of our disc / packaging combos.
Mailing and Fulfillment
In addition to manufacturing, we also handle worldwide distribution and drop-shipping. Additionally, we offer various types of USPS compatible packaging options for direct mail campaigns.

DVD Authoring is the final step in video post-production. This upgrade adds chapters and a user facing menu to your DVD, and it is necessary to ensure your final product is easy to use, professional looking, and ready to go to market.
